The Culinary Essentials 733664 1/2 Size Pan Grate is versatile and can be used as a drip pan for roasting meats in the oven or for cooling cookies and pastries. From cooking bacon, decorating cakes, and other pastries, it serves many uses for all types of chefs.

It is made from a heavy duty chrome plated steel giving it longevity and has a grid pattern for extra support. Steel footed legs are also welded on to allow air circulation underneath for even cooling as well as keeping your food from sticking to the pan. This is also helpful in allowing grease to drip through the grid.
