This pizza oven bakes a 16 inch by 24 inch fresh or frozen pizza in just 3 - 6 minutes, using infrared heat with temperatures up to 660 degrees F. The fire hearth brick permits the creation of authentically delicious tasting and looking pizza. This pizza oven preheats in 10-12 minutes, with bake times regulated by 15 minute timer or with continuous cooking mode. The 2nd thermostat regulates heat under deck to perfectly bake thin and thick crusts.
