The Flexipan FLX01129 Petits Fours Mold is a durable and long-lasting non-stick pan. This pan may be used from 2000 to 3000 times and is temperature resistant from -40°F to 536°F. There are 54 molds that measure at a 1-9/16 inch diameter and 3/4 inch deep. To de-pan baked items, simply remove the pieces one by one or by gently lifting the pan to allow them to roll off the tray. Complete mold measures at 23 inches long by 15 inches wide.
